LOCAL AREA
The geographical center of Washington State, Wenatchee, is the best of both worlds. Close to Seattle and Spokane, but far enough away to be its own independent community. We have abundant water and power. If you enjoy camping, fishing and outdoor activities, we are close to mountains, lakes, and the desert. Exceptional skiing is just minutes away, as are many quality golf courses!
WENATCHEE
Wenatchee is a growing community. We have excellent schools, a Community College with outreach campuses from two state universities. Our major industry is agriculture (Wenatchee is the Apple Capital of the World). We have also diversified our business community. Wenatchee has the second largest medical center in the State, a large governmental employment base, and a recently completed technology center dedicated to high tech, clean business with fiber connections and high speed internet access. The last few years have seen the growth of 24 new vintners. We have a performing arts center, convention center, several theater groups, an opera association and a center dedicated to cultivating and training students in the performing arts. The entire area is noted for its strong support of human programs and services including United Way, Habitat for Humanity and Make A Difference Day. Finally, Wenatchee is a mecca for sports. Soccer, baseball, football, basketball, hockey, and swimming have programs for citizens of all ages, both in and out of school. September '06 saw ground breaking for a 4,500 seat, $55MM Sports/Event arena scheduled to be finished in fall '08. Wenatchee is a hub for the surrounding area and as such we have one of the largest medical complexs in the state providing an excellent level of service.
PHILOSOPHY
The Chinese symbol of change is a combination of two characters. One is opportunity and the other, fear. Buying or selling a home is a change and can certainly embody some of these characteristics. My job is to help you solve your housing needs and work through the details to make the entire experience as smooth as possible. I want you to be happy with your purchase and excited about your move. That is one reason I choose to associate with the Wenatchee Windermere Team. The entire staff has a commitment to training and service which is grounded in a high level of customer service and dedication to the Code of Professional Ethics.
